MORNING TIDE

Something I painted to make me feel like I was walking along the ocean early in the morning and that first bit of light the bounces off the waves and reflects onto the water. 

Calm colours and beach house vibes.

Have you ever walked along the beach early in the morning, the sun just rising over the horizon as the first rays of light catch the spray coming off the waves, the wet sand under your feet and the smell of the ocean breeze captivating your senses. 

This painting was inspired by those moments, when you are totally being yourself, calm and relaxed as you meander along, not a care in the world. Shapes of ships, sails and gulls, waves and the horizon, all and nothing seem to be captured on the layers of this canvas.
